Important Information
Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as product manufacturing or other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to keep delays to a minimum and will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery timeline.
Damaged or Tampered Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and do not accept the package. Once you've refused delivery, contact our Customer Care team at contact@urbnmyth.in (Weekdays: 10.30 am to 6.30 pm) with your order reference number. We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order in full within 12 working days, we may cancel the unshipped portion of the order. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification. Any payments made for the unshipped items will be refunded via your original payment method.

Size Exchange - ALLOWED
Exchanges for size-related issues can be requested once the item is received. Customer responsible for delivery fees.
Sale Items - NOT ALLOWED
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. All sales are final.
Quality Dislike - ALLOWED
You may return if you do not like the quality of the product. Delivery fees will be deducted from refund.
Custom Orders - NOT ALLOWED
No returns on custom orders will be accepted. Final sale only.
Video Evidence Required for Damage Claims
To ensure that claims regarding damaged items are valid, please make a video of the unboxing process. This is a mandatory requirement. Any damage claims made without video evidence will not be accepted.
