Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as product manufacturing or other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to keep delays to a minimum and will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery timeline.
Damaged or Tampered Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and do not accept the package.
Once you've refused delivery, contact our Customer Care team at contact.urbnmyth@gmail.com (Weekdays: 10.30 am to 6.30 pm) with your order reference number. We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order in full within 12 working days, we may cancel the unshipped portion of the order.
If this occurs, you will receive an email notification. Any payments made for the unshipped items will be refunded via your original payment method.
